Stellar is transforming financial systems by helping all money everywhere move as fast as email. As our Global Community Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to discover and share the countless human stories that unfold as this change takes place. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborate with our marketing director to develop & track our growth strategies
  • Build and scale our team of regional community managers and volunteer moderators

Online Presence

  • Grow engagement across all our social channels
  • Generate (original and shared) content for our blog
  • Help our community understand how Stellar works, and where it’s being implemented
  • Engage with other contributors to foster community and add value to group conversations

Local & Regional Presence

  • Expand the Stellar community into particular regions and cities
  • Organize events and meetings

About You

  • Deep fascination with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency space
  • Relentless Initiative – you’ll often be setting your own goals, and choosing what to accomplish
  • Prolific writer with an established online presence
  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms for measuring success
  • Experience planning and hosting in-person events and meetups to hit engagement goals
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to envision and understand how users will interact with a blockchain product
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude
  • Additional Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Adept in Google Analytics, Social Media tools, Google docs, Slack
  • Prior experience building a blockchain related user community
  • Extreme Adaptability. This is a multi-dimensional role that will keep evolving
