We have further continued to break new ground in the global financial system by introducing Polybius - our project of a regulated bank for the blockchain generation. Job Description

  • Providing a high level of friendly and professional customer support to a large user base via a ticket system
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs in order to achieve satisfaction
  • Representing the HashCoins brand to clients and partners both internal and external via support and social media
  • Monitoring emerging issues and taking an active part in service improvement and crisis control


  • Excellent level of written English and Russian languages
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills
  • Stress resistance and willingness to excel
  • Soft skills

Additional qualifications:

  • Knowledge of additional languages
  • Strong level of responsibility for own work and the service
  • Copywriting, sales and marketing skill
  • Being generally well-rounded and active in other areas
