Our highly secure online trading platform enables individuals, corporates and financial institutions to trade Bitcoin, Ether and other cryptocurrencies globally with EUR, HKD, USD and CNY.
We also offer bespoke, cost-efficient cryptocurrency based payment and cross-border remittance solutions for merchants and banks around the world.
We are currently looking for an energetic, multilingual and hands on customer success executive to join our team, and help us build and maintain strong relationships with our fast-growing client base.
- Onboard new users through our online verification system
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage all inbound emails from customers
- Participate in online marketing activities targeted at our current users to collect and analyse their feedback about our platform and services
- Follow up outbound emails to customers to ensure high quality relationship management
- Ad hoc administrative work
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) - speaking and writing
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Passionate about helping people
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Experience using Zendesk or other helpdesk software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Blockchain / Cryptocurrencies is a plus
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Fresh grads will be considered
