Gnosis is building decentralized prediction markets and other dApps on the Ethereum platform. You will work closely with our customers as well as our developers to ensure that our blockchain technology is usable for everyone. Gnosis is fully funded, so it is a very safe company to work for.

We are looking for a Customer/Development Support Officer to handle all incoming requests and user reports regarding our management interface, as well as other products that will be released. You will be the focal point for our customers and therefore need to have an excellent command of English. You will be working in a small team, collaborating a lot with the developers, as well as product managers, and coordinating different tasks between them.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Javascript
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Github and Customer Support Channels (like Intercom or UserEngage)
  • Track and report bugs
  • Excellent skills of written English
