We’re searching for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to play a key role in Wyre’s mission - to increase global commerce by building a superior payment infrastructure. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will identify new affiliate opportunities, negotiate new affiliate partnerships, manage existing affiliate relationships, meet affiliate revenue, profit, and chargeback goals, and grow the affiliate channel.

If you have a track record of being able to start and grow an affiliate marketing program, have a solid understanding of both enterprise and small business markets, and are highly data driven, we would love to meet you. Bonus points if you are passionate about payments and blockchain technologies!

About the Role

  • Lead global strategy and development for Wyre’s affiliate program
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Research, identify, and evaluate new publishers (direct websites and networks)
  • Expand the reach of the channel by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partnership opportunities
  • Monitor and own affiliate KPIs, and take appropriate action based on data
  • Review incoming proposals and make recommendations for partnerships and engagements, including preparation of revenue and cost analysis
  • Coordinate with creative, technical, product, and marketing teams, as well as senior leadership, to ensure that channel objectives are met (such as building effective back links through affiliate marketing, content placement, and social reach maximization)
  • Support other business development relationships as needed
  • Keep a pulse on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and report back
  • Analyze affiliate performance and ROI by developing dashboards and reporting for acquisition costs, performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversation rates, traffic, retention, and lifetime value
  • Report internally to teams on performance, tasks, and other factors to help them understand the program and also to align with their goals and Wyre as a whole


  • 3-5 years of affiliate marketing experience
    -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Business Management or any other business related field OR adequate media buying experience in place of a formal education
  • Entrepreneurial and team player attitude
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Experience with online advertising including traditional display, contextual/native placements, paid social platforms, mobile marketing and SEM
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors and partners
  • Creative problem solver who can process real-world implications of actions and how they fit into the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    -Able to operate in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Interest in blockchain technologies is a plus
